About
INU – Innovative University of Applied Sciences is a state-recognised private university based in Cologne, Germany, founded in 2022. INU offers fully online Bachelor's, Master's and MBA programmes in business, psychology, technology and social media management, taught entirely in English.
INU's teaching concept rethinks university education: digital, flexible and personal. Short microlearning units, live online sessions, AI-based learning tools, and the INU App combine to create a study experience that fits around your life, not the other way around.
As one of the first universities in Germany to develop an integrated AI Coach, INU provides 24/7 learning support through the INU KI Coach, which works exclusively with verified course content, not open internet sources. Its AI learning concept is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space.
Students learn in semester cohorts, building community and collaborative knowledge alongside peers from across the world. Lecturers accompany students throughout as personal learning coaches, with weekly live group sessions per module.
INU is state-accredited and approved by the Stiftung Akkreditierungsrat and ZFU. Programmes start on April 1 or October 1, with rolling admissions and no NC required.
