Language courses:intensive, preparatory German courses (level B1 and above) before starting the degree programme as well as German or English courses during the programme

Courses on academic methods:Workshops and seminars on research methods and academic writing

Workshopson topics such as developing academic and intercultural skills

Subject-specific preparation:bridging and preparatory courses, subject-specific advisory services, buddy programmes offered by the student association

Assistance and support:General academic assistance, orientation, advice on topics such as housing, finances, starting your degree programme and much more

Mentoring assistancefor international students: language mentoring during study preparation (Deutsch PLUS) and intercultural support during the degree programme ("Orientierung PLUS"). Affiliated with the "be.INSTEP" specialisation programme ("Professionalisierungsprogramm") for students at the University of Oldenburg
