A one- to two-year postgraduate course of study at the Faculty of Law of the University of MünsterA particular requirement of the doctoral programme is that each candidate must submit a doctoral thesis showing his or her ability to carry out independent research and constituting a substantial contribution to the legal field.The doctoral examination consists of the doctoral thesis and an oral examination.
