["As the complexity of new technologies increases and both the innovation cycles and the research and development cycles become shorter, firms need employees with proper digital skills who can easily adjust to and implement digital technologies. Our Master's programme in Management & Digital Technology addresses these challenges, and thus, plays an important role in supporting firms, particularly small and medium-sized companies and family businesses to compete successfully within a globally competitive environment. The programme untangles the complexity of new and innovative tools through in-depth and targeted training in these technologies as well as effective change management strategies.Management and leadership skills, including interdisciplinary thinking to recognise interrelationships and to effectively serve as a liaison between diverse stakeholders, are essential in addressing the above-mentioned challenges. This also includes developing management competencies to introduce digital technologies on a larger scale within the company. Training in business analytics will assist with adequately analysing, implementing, and using data. As more and more data are available in the context of the digitisation of processes, these competencies become an essential part of the programme."]
