["The programme focuses on IP law, data law and IP allied rights. During the winter semester, the focus lies particularly on patent and copyright law. The summer semester is dedicated to data law, trademark law and design law. Of course, there will be seminars, workshop and moot courts on all kind of IP-related issues throughout the year. With the study programme, our students have the possibility to adjust their studies ideally to their study and career interests. The study programme is modular, in addition to lectures and case studies, students will complete seminars in hard or soft IP, will be able to participate in a moot court, will attend the traditional practitioner forum and complete an internship. There is also the possibility to spend the autumn/winter semester at one of our nine partner universities."]
