["The Atlantis Bachelor's degree programme enables students of Materials Science and Engineering who are studying at Saarland University (UdS) to spend a year studying in the USA. There, in addition to the German degree in MWWT, they receive a further degree from Oregon State University in mechanical engineering.Students starting at Oregon State University with mechanical engineering spend the third year of studies at the Saarland University (UdS) to acquire the degree in materials science.The coursework is defined on the basis of six fields of knowledge.
