["Theresearch and practice-oriented, quantitativeMaster's degree programme in“International Taxation and Public Finance”provides students with knowledge of national and international tax law, corporate taxation, and in finance, thus combining business and economics topics. Students are introduced to scientificeconomic methodsand the evaluation andanalysis of data(econometrics). The focus is on acquiring advanced knowledge to deal with and analyse tax and fiscal issues and problems in companies as well as private and government organisations. The course of study combines well-founded and practical knowledge in the field of tax law and tax theory withadvanced scientific methodsin the field ofmicroeconomics and data analysis. Teaching takes placein English and German.In addition to subject-related courses, there are special courses in which interdisciplinary and personal key skills are acquired.
