["Underlying dynamic capabilities enable firms to innovate iteratively, learning from failures and successes and using this knowledge to fuel further innovation. This kind of innovation is often emerging from innovation ecosystems, which are networks of established companies, start-ups, universities, research institutions, investors and government agencies – as well as consultants.The "Consulting for Dynamic Innovation" course addresses these topics and offers a unique immersive experience in Berlin, with classroom interaction, on-site visits to innovation spaces and a real client challenge.
