In the summer semester, you will focus on Irrigation Technologies, Crop Production and Management.Throughout your studies, you will strengthen your management skills and deepen your knowledge of the key parts of the value chain in international horticulture and international horticultural sciences – always with an eye on sustainability and resilience. At the same time, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your language skills and hone your individual profile through our range of elective modules. After two semesters of theoretical study, you can apply and expand the skills you have acquired during your practical semester in International Horticulture. You will use this time to network in Germany, Europe and the world. You will gain in-depth insight into your future tasks as a manager in an international company or your future work in an applied research institution in horticulture. An accompanying course will help you to stay in touch with the HSWT and your fellow students. In your final semester, you will complete your Master's thesis, in which you will apply your knowledge to a research topic of practical relevance, developing solutions to current issues in global horticulture. In the joint Master's seminar, you will also engage in interdisciplinary dialogue and promote networking in your future world of work."]
