Non-EU applicants with foreign degrees apply via uni-assist from 1 February to 1 April. EU applicants with foreign degrees apply via uni-assist from 1 May to 15 July. Applicants with a German degree apply via the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences application portal from 1 May to 15 July. Applicants for the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship apply via online application portal the from 1 June to 31 July for the winter semester in the following year.
