["An international Master's in Engineering and Business ManagementThe focus of our international Master's degree programme is on answering the frequently communicated shortage of skilled workers by employers and industry associations in a globalised environment. The English-language "Engineering and Business Management" degree course responds to the increasing demand for specialists with engineering qualifications in the region. It is designed for three semesters, with an additional fourth semester being an optional internship semester in the regional industry. Students from abroad with less than 210 ECTS should be able to catch up on the missing ECTS, gain a foothold in the economy and be recruited for the regional job market. The lectures and internships take place in Rottweil (research centre). The available equipment in the context of coating technologies, rapid prototyping / 3D printing, and production clean room is to be used for application-oriented internships. The multidisciplinary orientation of the degree programme provides a versatile insight into innovative manufacturing technologies, lean management, business management topics, strategy and innovation. Agile project management is taught in the first semester in such a way that the "CAPM Certified Associate in Project Management" certificate is awarded. Another focus of the first semester is intercultural teamwork and languages. Foreign students must take German, whereas German students must take foreign languages (e.g. English)."]
