15 October of each year for the following summer semester The application period is open from 15 May until 15 October (for all applicants: EU and non-EU). The online part in Mio as well as the mandatory snail mail package via DHL (with the mandatory German Embassy certified copies plus the valid and new IELTS proof) need to reach us by 15 October. Only complete applications (online and offline part) will be evaluated. The evaluation of the applications always starts after the deadline and can last until the end of January (depending on the amount of applications). Please apply online in MIO only when the mandatory "snail mail" (postal mail) part is ready to be sent to us via DHL, as this secures the evaluation of your application in a timely manner.
