The right toolbox – This involves standards, processes, methods, and tools of project management. The study is not limited to a particular standard (such as ICB, PMBOK, PRINCE2). Rather, the standards are the content of the study.
Optimal synergy – This entails team-oriented project work focused on leadership, teamwork, and people. The training is focused on the practical exercise of the management of international, intercultural, and interdisciplinary (3 x "i") teams and scientific examination of the underlying sociological aspects of the management.
Sustainability – The focus is on the project environment and the achievement of its objectives. Sustainable project management involves the content of the project as well as its stakeholders, its environment, and their reciprocal interactions. It also involves the scope, time and budget of the project to determine its execution quality.
