["Find beautiful everyday stories and learn how to tell them visually!This hands-on Summer School course will introduce participants to documentary film-making and documentary photography.Participants will produce a short documentary on a theme of their choice. They will be encouraged to find a topic they would like to visually explore in Weimar, and they will learn about camera, sound and interview techniques. They will then start doing the fieldwork, find a story that can resonate with an audience and develop it over the course of two weeks. The resulting projects will be video documentaries or multimedia pieces or slide shows of photos accompanied by relevant audio (music or interviews)."]
